Terms and conditions

1. Provider identification

2. Scope of services

Upholstery and carpet cleaning, window cleaning and common area cleaning. The exact scope is agreed during booking.

3. Booking and appointment

You can place an order via the form, by email or by phone. We confirm the appointment after agreement. For operational reasons the appointment may be adjusted; we will always inform you in time.

4. Price and payment

• The price is based on the selected items and is shown before confirmation.
• For exceptional soiling or unusually extensive work, the price may be increased after agreement.
• Payment by cash, bank transfer (QR) or card.
• If an invoice is issued, the due date is 7 days from the issue date.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel on the appointment day, a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the estimated price may be charged.

6. Complaints

Any dissatisfaction must be reported within 48 hours after the service is provided. We resolve complaints by a reasonable additional intervention or by refunding part of the price.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for hidden defects of materials. We work carefully and professionally; however, with delicate materials, risks cannot be fully excluded.

9. Final provisions

These terms are effective from 11 Feb 2026. We reserve the right to update them.
